★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O arranjo é bonito. O problema é que mesmo que você agende com 3 dias de antecedência e pague adiantado eles darão prioridade pra quem faz um pedido urgente causando atraso na sua entrega. Precisava do buquê às 9:30 da manhã pro meu casamento civil, mas só conseguiram entregar 12:00 com a justificativa de que houve um pedido urgente. Você quer deixar tudo organizado, certinho, acredita nos comentários da página achando que é uma empresa séria e o resultado é esse.

Fiz a encomenda com quase uma semana de antecedência, liguei na sexta, confirmaram a entrega, que deveria ser na segunda às 8:00, não deram satisfação, liguei e só entregaram às 10. Tudo isso não seria tanto problema se não tratasse do aniversário de uma pessoa se 80 anos, que o neto que trabalha a noite estar esperando, para fazer a acepsia. Falei com a pessoa, um cara que se indentificou como sendo o prioritário, culpando a pandemia, que não poderia fazer nada... Falou ainda que nem costumam entregar nesse horário. Porque não avisou no momento do pedido, eu teria procurado outras opções.
Cadê a responsabilidade, o compromisso e seriedade dessa empresa?
Sou de Joinville -SC, confiei nesta floricultura há mais de 600km, tive uma péssima impressão e não fui bem recebido durante a reclamação. Também há propaganda enganosa sobre entrega grátis.
Isso é passivo de uma ação considerável na justiça.

Envio do comprovante de pagamento as 14:47, com promessa de entrega as 19 horas, porém não conseguiriam entregar pela alta demanda, ok me entregue no outro dia até as 9 da manhã, porém em outro endereço pra não estragar a surpresa, "ok confirmado."
Conclusão, entregue no endereço ERRADO, que era pra ser surpresa, estragou a surpresa, entregue 09:47, quase perco o voo.
A pessoa que atende demora um pouco para responder, porém educada.
Precisa somente se organizar com as entregas, pelo que vi também nos comentários anteriores, é recorrente.

Um buque c flores muchas, pequeno e sem vida mas os exemplares q mostram são maravilhosos... envergonhao de ter usado o serviço pra uma ocasião tão especial. E ao reclamar, fui tratado com indifereça e ironia.
Poor Whatsapp service, it seems that you are not going to buy but ask for a favor. A bouquet with many flowers, small and lifeless but the specimens shown are wonderful...
