★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, quase processei por estelionato. Paguei pelo serviço em Novembro de 2017, em dois meses começou a descosturar. Depois de 8 meses resolveu após muita insistência, porque não quis devolver o dinheiro. Tomem cuidado com esse local.

Infelizmente contratei uma reforma para meu sofá, me disseram que ele ficaria bom por anos após a reforma, porém com 6 meses de uso normal, as costuras dos assentos começaram a abrir. Procurei a empresa para refazer apenas os assentos, disseram que realmente isso não era esperado e concordaram inicialmente, porém tentei inúmeras vezes agendar a busca do sofá em minha casa, mas sem sucesso. Simplesmente esqueciam que haviam agendado o dia ou fingiam esquecer, pediam para eu ligar no dia para lembrá-los do agendamento! Ligava novamente, deixava recados e nada. Tentei agendar cerca de 8 vezes a retirada do sofá e foram tentativas infelizes. Não possuem organização e nem respeito ao cliente. Resumindo: paguei R$ 1.000,00 por uma reforma que durou apenas 6 meses e hoje tenho um sofá com todas as costuras dos assentos rasgadas. Na hora de reformar buscam e entregam o produto rapidamente, mas quando tem-se um erro que poderia ser corrigido, simplesmente enrolam o cliente até que ele desista.

I tried to schedule the removal of the sofa about 8 times and it was unfortunate attempts. They have no organization and no respect for the customer. In short: I paid R $ 1,000.00 for a renovation that lasted only 6 months and today I have a sofa with all the seams in the seats torn. When it comes to renovating, they look for and deliver the product quickly, but when there is an error that could be corrected, they simply roll up the customer until he gives up.
