Apesar de descontinuado por mim em razão das tarefas, todas as vezes que retomei a negociação a resposta sempre veio rapidamente, com todas as informações que fui solicitando.
Foram-me dadas informações sobre o produto, descontos, opções de pagamento (à vista, cartão, Pix), transporte, prazo para entrega, etc.
Após confirmação da compra e pagamento, veio vídeo da embalagem e busca do produto pela transportadora.
22/04/2022 - sexta-feira: confirmação do pagamento.
25/04/2022 - segunda-feira: envio da nota fiscal e busca do produto pela transportadora.
27/04/2022 - quarta-feira: recebimento do produto pela manhã, tal como estimado.
O tapete é lindo, veio em perfeitas condições, ótima qualidade. E a cortesia prestada pela Ivanilda foi infalível: o tapete combinou com tudo na sala (ela tinha pedido uma foto).
Voltarei a comprar novamente com a Tapeçaria Cazati quando puder e precisar, e indico a todos.

Despite being discontinued by me due to the tasks, every time I resumed the negotiation the answer always came quickly, with all the information I was requesting.
I was given information about the product, discounts, payment options (cash, card, Pix), shipping, delivery time, etc.
After confirming the purchase and payment, came a video of the packaging and search for the product by the carrier.
22/04/2022 - Friday: confirmation of payment.
04/25/2022 - Monday: sending the invoice and searching for the product by the carrier.
27/04/2022 - Wednesday: receipt of the product in the morning, as estimated.
The rug is beautiful, came in perfect condition, great quality. And the courtesy provided by Ivanilda was infallible: the rug matched everything in the room (she had asked for a photo).
I will buy again with Tapeçaria Cazati when I can and need it, and I recommend it to everyone.
