Combinamos o preço dos serviços, recebeu o total antecipadamente mas deixou de entregar cinco almofadas decorativas (acreditem, para agradar minha esposa uma das almofadas seria um brinde!). Desistimos de esperar e achamos melhor assumir o prejuízo visto que o tapeceiro questionou que as tais almofadas não estariam inclusas no serviço. A qualidade do tapeceiro é inegável desde que você exija que tudo o que vai ser feito seja anotado nas duas vias . Desejo a você boa sorte.
This pandemic must have affected Mr. Elias' memory. We agreed on the price of the services, received the total in advance but stopped delivering five decorative pillows (believe me, to please my wife one of the pillows would be a gift!). We gave up waiting and thought it best to assume the loss since the upholsterer questioned that such pillows would not be included in the service. The quality of the upholstery is undeniable as long as you demand that everything that is going to be done is noted in both copies. I wish you good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado com esta loja. Compramos 2 almofadas mas uma apresentou problema, a capa estava muito apertada para a espessura da almofada e por isso o ziper estava "abrindo". Fomos pedir para eles acertarem a capa e o dono da Tapeçaria foi muito violento e mau educado. Começou a gritar, dizendo que eu não sabia usar zíper, pegou uma marreta e veio bater no meu marido. Fiquei com a almofada com problema, melhor almofada com problema do que perder a vida ou ficar ferida.
Beware of this store. We bought 2 pillows but one had a problem, the cover was too tight for the thickness of the pillow and so the zipper was "opening". We went to ask them to fix the cover and the owner of the Tapestry was very violent and rude. She started screaming, saying I didn't know how to use a zipper, took a sledgehammer and came to hit my husband. I got the pillow with a problem, better pillow with a problem than losing my life or getting injured.
