★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atualização 05/21 - haviam nos dito que por conta da pandemia fechariam e que por isso eu que ficasse com meu prejuízo. Acabo de passar em frente e a fachada foi até reformada. Não há outro nome pra isso do que apropriação inepta. Uma vez que não me devolveram o dinheiro, não me entregaram o produto, e eu ainda soube que venderam o sofá que pra mim estavam com as medidas erradas. ?
09/2017 - Das duas primeiras vezes que os contratei foi tudo bem. Entretanto, na terceira vez na qual pedi a produção de um sofá sob medida o sofá nao saiu como esperado. Até ai, tudo bem. Devolvi o sofá, meu direito como consumidora, e apesar de eu ter o direito de receber TODO o valor que paguei, negociei receber de volta a metade, uma vez que eles ja tinham gasto com o material. Estou esperando receber isso desde outubro de 2015. Já estamos em setembro de 2017. Tentei inumeras vezes trocar então serviços, ou seja, eles reformariam os sofás que tebho em troca do pagamento da dívida. Agendei para virem a minha casa duas vezes em julho e tambem aguardo até hoje. INFELIZMENTE NÃO SÃO CONFIÁVEIS!!!
Ingressei com processo de pequenas causas junto ao PROCON.
Update 05/21 - we had been told that because of the pandemic they would close and that I should take my loss. I just passed in front and the facade was even renovated. There is no other name for it than inept appropriation. Since they didn't refund me the money, they didn't deliver the product, and I even knew they sold the sofa that for me had the wrong measurements. ?
09/2017 - The first two times I hired them, everything went well. However, the third time I asked for a custom-made sofa, the sofa didn't turn out as expected. Until then, okay. I returned the sofa, my right as a consumer, and although I have the right to receive ALL the amount I paid, I negotiated to get half back, since they had already spent on the material. I have been expecting to receive this since October 2015. It is already September 2017. I have tried countless times to exchange services then, that is, they would refurbish the sofas I tebho in exchange for paying off the debt. I scheduled them to come to my house twice in July and I'm also waiting until today. UNFORTUNATELY NOT RELIABLE!!!
