★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Levei dois apoios de braço do meu carro para repararem o rachado. Levei os courvin e a linha. Fui atendido pelo sr. Osmar. Ele prometeu entregar em um dia e não o fez. Depois prometeu outro dia, desloquei-me até lá e ele não tinha feito o serviço. Ora, se não vai entregar no dia combinado, o mínimo que deveria fazer é ligar informando que não conseguirá entregar em tal dia (quem não é competente, não se estabelece). Qdo fui retirar com o sr. Osmar os apoios de braço, percebi erros grosseiros na costura e, em um deles, ficou torta. Ora, meu carro tem o banco todo de "couro" ou courvin, e não se vê uma falha de costura. Ou faz direito o serviço, ou diga que não faz este tipo de serviço. Assim, não recomendo esta empresa. Terei que levar em outro lugar para refazerem a barberagem.
Poor service. I took two armrests from my car to repair the crack. I took the courvin and the line. I was attended by mr. Osmar. He promised to deliver in one day and did not. Then he promised another day, I went there and he hadn't done the job. Now, if you are not going to deliver on the agreed day, the least you should do is call stating that you will not be able to deliver on that day (who is not competent, does not settle). When I went to retire with mr. Osmar the armrests, I noticed gross errors in the sewing and, in one of them, it was crooked. Now, my car has the seat entirely "leather" or courvin, and there is no seam failure. Either do the job right, or say you don't do this kind of service. So, I don't recommend this company. I'll have to take it somewhere else to redo the shaving.
