★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficou horrível meu sofá, o sofá velho era mais bonito que o reformado, dá para ver os caroços da manta acrílica que foi colocado. Eles levaram para arrumar mas não mudou muita coisa. Conselho que gostaria que tivessem me dado: tem tantos sites vendendo sofás bons e a um preço acessível, não levem nesse lugar.
My sofa was horrible, the old sofa was more beautiful than the renovated one, you can see the lumps of the acrylic blanket that was placed. They took it to tidy up but not much has changed. Advice that I wish they had given me: there are so many websites selling good sofas and at an affordable price, don't take them there.

Contatei a empresa por telefone solicitando um orçamento. Me pediram para mandar os detalhes do serviço por whatsapp e quando me respoderam não tinha nada a ver com o que eu tinha conversando por telefone, me pareceu que não prestaram atenção no que falei. Então, expliquei o que queria, NOVAMENTE, por whatsapp e acredito que julgaram que não valia a pena gastar tempo com meu pedido porque até hoje não me deram retorno.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE.
I contacted the company by phone asking for a quote. I was asked to send the details of the service via whatsapp and when they answered I had nothing to do with what I had talking on the phone, it seemed to me that they did not pay attention to what I said. So, I explained what I wanted, AGAIN, by whatsapp and I believe that they thought it was not worth spending time with my order because until today they have not given me feedback.
