★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo suporte. Fizemos a troca de sistema aqui na empresa, e simplesmente a parametrização dos produtos está incorreta - apesar das orientações da contabilidade via e-mail. Não há pronto atendimento do suporte. Os números do RJ não funcionam, conseguimos apenas falar com o ES. Nunca há resposta imediata, sempre temos que aguardar o contato de outra pessoa que saiba lidar com o referido problema. E esse retorno, quando acontece, é muito demorado. Isso atrasa a dinâmica da expedição e transporte de nossas mercadorias. Totalmente decepcionada, não indico!
Terrible support. We changed the system here at the company, and the parameterization of the products is simply incorrect - despite the accounting guidelines via e-mail. There is no prompt assistance from support. RJ's numbers don't work, we can only talk to ES. There is never an immediate answer, we always have to wait for the contact of another person who knows how to deal with the referred problem. And that return, when it happens, takes a long time. This delays the dynamics of shipping and transporting our goods. Totally disappointed, I don't indicate!
