★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bom, mas o atendimento precisa melhorar muito, toda vez que vou comprar tem uma vendedora com mau humor, quase nem responde quando faço uma pergunta.
Parece que estou pedindo alguma coisa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um absurdo. Estava no trabalho e minha secretária foi na loja para comprar uma válvula para abrir o gás, que havia quebrado. Mostrou a foto de como era o daqui para a atendente e a mesma disse "tem sim". Colocou numa sacola e minha secretária foi pagar. Ao chegar no apartamento, o moço que foi instalar disse que esse não encaixava. Solicitei então que ela fosse trocar. Ao chegar lá falaram que era aquele que tinha, e que a mangueira e que aqui é antigo. Bom...se ela mostrou a foto antes, era para mostrar como era e o qual que queria. Não aceitaram devolução pois o produto havia sido aberto e rasgou um pouco da lateral do saquinho, alegaram que esse foi o motivo de não poder trocar, mas de qualquer forma abrir por cima não iria fazer diferença já que não era lacre, iria rasgar de qualquer forma (era necessário abrir se não não tinha como testá-lo), e também não aceitaram troca pois não tinha outro produto. Agiram de má fé, me senti ludibriada. Não volto mais nunca nessa loja e nem indico mais a ninguém. Cuidado para não serem enganados também. Na hora de vender tem, e oferecem a vida, quando cometem o erro, não chamam a responsabilidade para si.

They acted in bad faith, I felt deceived. I will never go back to this store and never tell anyone else. Be careful not to be deceived either. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para perguntar um preço, fui informado rapidamente. Avisei que iria às 13h, disseram que tudo bem e desligaram. Quando cheguei, estava fechado, acredito que para almoço. Tudo bem fecharem, mas seria bom informar aos clientes, pelo menos, né?
