★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penso que a comida de vocês é ótima e uma empresa respeitável. Porém, por causa de uma funcionária, vocês podem ter prejuízo. É aquele ditado: se houver uma laranja podre, o suco inteiro se estraga. Cuidado na hora de recrutar funcionários que podem ser mal educados e queimar a empresa. Nesse dia eu fui como entregador. Fui tratado com total desrespeito. Mas ela (a funcionária cuja não sei o nome, da unidade Palmas Shopping) se esquece que um entregador também pode ser um consumidor em outro momento. Trate as pessoas sem distinção. Experiência horrível.
I think your food is great and a reputable company. However, because of an employee, you can have a loss. It's that saying: if there is a rotten orange, the whole juice goes bad. Be careful when recruiting employees who can be rude and burn the company down. That day I went as a delivery boy. I was treated with total disrespect. But she (the employee whose name I don't know, at the Palmas Shopping unit) forgets that a delivery person can also be a consumer at another time. Treat people without distinction. Horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida deste local é gostoso, o frango empanado é o dos melhores. Os funcionários erraram nossa conta e tiveram que cobrar mais no final da refeição, nosso pedido veio errado e meu frango em baixo estava cru !!
The food at this place is yummy, the chicken fingers are the best. The staff went wrong and had to charge more at the end of the meal, our order came out wrong and my chicken downstairs was raw !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não almoço mais nesse local, demora muito e o pior é o tratamento da atendente: Renata , mal responde as perguntas do cliente, parece que tá no local por obrigação, o cliente não merece esse tratamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, a minha experiência foi da pior que eu já pode experimentar pois aonde que uma atendente chamada Renata eu não sei si ela está trabalhando ou está cuidando de animal pois foi assim que eu me senti com o atendimento fornecido.
Vamos para o prato eu não sei a intenção era manda uma prato bonito por si foi só a intenção só ficou nela pois na realidade ela não veio, a salada si assim podemos chamar pois estava aparecendo uma lavagem para que dá aos porcos estava tão velha que até a minha vó si sentiu mais nova e comida foi entregue fria .
Eu já tinha me esquecido porque eu não comia mais no Tats Chicken mas muito rapidamente fui lembrar e obrigado pelos os serviços prestado pois si depende de mim eu não retornarei comer neste estabelecimento.

I had already forgotten why I no longer ate at Tats Chicken but very quickly I remembered and thank you for the services provided because if it is up to me I will not return to eat at this establishment.
