★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido pelo Rappy as 23:05, previsão de entrega para 23:30... Não chegou. Liguei e a atendente informou que já tinha saído... Esperei até 00:00h e nada do pedido... Liguei de novo e outro atendente informou que tiveram problema nas entregas mas que meu pedido estava pra chegar... Esperei até umas 00:30 e nada, liguei de novo e uma outra atendente, muito sem educação por sinal, disse que o pedido estava com o motoqueiro e que eles não poderiam fazer nada... Desligou na minha cara e eu ainda fiquei sem o pedido... Detalhe: foi cobrado no meu cartão e eu não recebi! Muito péssimo o atendimento, bem amador mesmo... Várzea total... Não indico!

Não comprem......
Outra coisa, eles vendem pelo aplicativo e usam entregador próprio. Com isso não conseguimos acompanhar o pedido.
Acredito que um comércio depende dos clientes para se manter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedido feito pela rappy as 22h, depois de 2h de atraso, ligamos para saber o que aconteceu, a atendente sem muito interesse nao soube solucionar o problema e ainda colocou a culpa no entregador.
Pessima experiencia, nota se pela nota noface e google que sao baixas. Pena que nao me atentei a isso antes de pedir.
Resumindo, nao recomendo para ninguem.
Aah, o açai nao veio ate hoje kkk.
