★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As roupas tem qualidade porém o atendimento precisa melhorar, principalmente a parte de comunicação que não informam ao cliente que é ele que vai pagar a taxa da máquina de cartão que é de responsabilidade da loja. Já questionei várias vezes no Instagram, site e whatsapp do estabelecimento sobre essa conduta indevida mas eles ainda não se encontram preparados pra responder.
The clothes have quality but the service needs to improve, especially the communication part that does not inform the customer that it is he who will pay the fee for the card machine that is the responsibility of the store. I have asked several times on Instagram, website and whatsapp of the establishment about this misconduct but they are not yet prepared to respond.
