★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui aluna da Tatami Floresta há 20 anos atrás e somente pela disciplina trazida pra minha vida pelo judô, consegui entrar pra faculdade de medicina da UFMG. Aluna de escola pública, sem base para tal, não seria possível se não fosse capaz de focar no meu objetivo, ter garra e ter sido conduzida pelo altruísmo que o judô traz para nossa vida. Hoje, depois de 20 anos, vim cumprir a promessa que fiz ao sensei Ronaldo Aquino, ainda ativo na academia, de voltar a lutar. Estável e bem sucedida na minha profissão, não me canso de agradecer a família Tatami pela grande participação nisso. Acabo de matricular meu filho na Tatami do bairro Itapoã. Oss!!!!!!!!
I was a student at Tatami Floresta 20 years ago and only because of the discipline brought to my life by judo, I was able to enter the medical school at UFMG. A public school student, with no basis for this, it wouldn't be possible if I wasn't able to focus on my goal, have grit and have been driven by the altruism that judo brings to our lives. Today, after 20 years, I came to fulfill the promise I made to sensei Ronaldo Aquino, still active in the academy, to fight again. Stable and successful in my profession, I never tire of thanking the Tatami family for their great participation in this. I have just enrolled my son at Tatami in the Itapoã neighborhood. Oss!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia é bem simples. Tudo depende do quanto você estiver disposto a gastar. Academias na região do floresta e sagrada família costumam ser caras, lá na tatami o preço é razoável .O salão de musculação é pequeno mas da para o gasto. Lá tem dois espaços para treinar artes marciais, um é médio e o outro é um corredorzinho muito estreito e pequeno. Deveriam juntar os dois e fazer um só . Não tem muitos equipamentos para lutas também, faltam luvas e aparadores.
The gym is very simple. It all depends on how much you are willing to spend. Gyms in the forest and sagrada familia are usually expensive, there on the tatami the price is reasonable. The weight room is small but for the expense. There are two spaces for training martial arts, one is medium and the other is a very narrow and small corridor. They should bring the two together and make one. There isn't much fighting equipment either, gloves and dressers are missing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendo todos os outros cometários vejo que estão procurando uma academia para ficar desfilando e tentando ver homens estufando o peito e mulheres de roupas apertadas! A Tatami é um local para família e para aqueles que querem um local para praticar esportes de várias modalidades com muita qualidade e profissionalismo! Quando levamos nossos filhos na escola não temos autorização para ficar ao lado dele acompanhando o que ele esta aprendendo e qual a forma que esta sendo transmitido o conhecimento.
Frequento há anos a academia e o que importa é o aprendizado que lá esta sendo passado, que para mim é 100%! Tem várias academias que são lindas, cheirosas e de brilhar os olhos, mas, a qualidade de ensino é questionável, pois, querem é vender seus pacotes de serviços!
Tenho dois filhos que deixo nas mãos dos seus professores sem ter que ficar fiscalizando, pois, confio plenamente na qualidade de ensino, seriedade, compromisso e qualidade dos seus profissionais!
Enfim, veja o lado profissional e de ensino e verá que o seu dinheiro é valorizado e respeitado!
Seeing all the other comments I see that they are looking for a gym to be parading and trying to see men puffing up their chest and women in tight clothes! Tatami is a place for family and for those who want a place to play sports of various modalities with great quality and professionalism! When we take our children to school, we are not allowed to be by his side watching what he is learning and how the knowledge is being transmitted.
I have been going to the gym for years and what matters is the learning that is being passed on there, which for me is 100%! There are several gyms that are beautiful, smelling and shining, but the quality of education is questionable, because they want to sell their service packages!
I have two children that I leave in the hands of their teachers without having to be supervised, because I fully trust the quality of teaching, seriousness, commitment and quality of their professionals!
Anyway, look at the professional and educational side and you will see that your money is valued and respected!
