Já realizei compras anteriormente mas somente pelo site , minha humilde opinião e que em tempos modernos há agilidade também conta muito.
Após a compra no site esperar 07 dias ulteis para retirar a mercadoria e o prazo muito,mas muito longo .não se alinha nos tempos modernos .

Estou tentando trocar 2 portas, os mesmo não vem buscar para fazer a troca, mesmo eu dizendo que pagaria pelo frete. Um descaso com o consumidor. Não gostei não indico, não recomendo, parece que os funcionários estão dormindo não entendem nada do que a gente fala.

Liguei e eles me enviaram os produtos em casa sem custo.
