I have NEVER been as well answered by phone as I was by salesman Wesley. I am not a professional in the field of awnings, but I needed information to manufacture one for our small business. Wesley explained to me step by step what I needed and how to do it. I asked my brother to get the kit, which came out a lot cheaper than we expected. Congratulations on your warmth.
