Fui super bem atendida pela Sofia, tanto ao telefone quanto por whatsapp. Ela tirou minhas dúvidas, e me orientou super bem na hora de pedir e decidir a arte. Minhas tatuagens chegaram antes do prazo acordado e já vieram cortadas! A qualidade delas era ótima e recomendei para todas minhas amigas fazerem lá também! Muito bom o serviço!
I found Tatuli doing a search for temporary tattoos on Google and was very happy to have found the company! I was very well attended by Sofia, both on the phone and whatsapp. She took my doubts, and guided me super well when ordering and deciding the art. My tattoos arrived before the agreed deadline and already came cut! Their quality was great and I recommended to all my friends to do there too! Very good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa completamente inflexível com entrega ou retirada, moro na rua mil oitocentos e vinte, exatamente na rua paralela a fábrica/escritório/depósito deles que é de onde sai os produtos. Liguei lá a atendente insistiu que eu não podia retirar que devia ficar a mercê dos correios. Que por sinal tem uma agência aqui do lado tbm na Silva Bueno e mesmo assim tenho problemas com eles.
Achei atendimento muito desumano, muito inflexível da parte da empresa simplesmente por estar do LADO dela e não gostaria de ter dores de cabeça com os correios. Não importa o tempo de fabricação do produto mas lamento muito o mal atendimento robótico que a empresa sede..
Company completely inflexible with delivery or collection, I live on Rua 1802, exactly on the street parallel to their factory/office/warehouse, which is where the products come from. I called there the attendant insisted that I couldn't pick it up and that I should be at the mercy of the post office. Which, by the way, has an agency right next door at Silva Bueno and I still have problems with them.
I found the service very inhumane, very inflexible on the part of the company simply for being on its SIDE and I wouldn't want to have headaches with the post office. It doesn't matter how long it takes to manufacture the product, but I'm very sorry for the poor robotic service that the company headquarters..
