Procurei a Dra. Tatyane, ela avaliou os meus exames e comecei a fazer as aulas de Pilates 2x na semana A melhora foi rapida, depois de 2 meses retornei ao médico e ele me achou muito melhor. Hoje consigo me abaixar sem sentir dores nas costas, gracas a Deus. Até a minha postura melhorou.
I had severe pain in my lower back and the doctor recommended me to do Pilates.
I looked for Dr. Tatyane, she evaluated my exams and I started taking Pilates classes twice a week. The improvement was fast, after 2 months I returned to the doctor and he thought I was much better. Today I can bend down without feeling pain in my back, thank God. Even my posture improved.
