Derrubei acidentalmente (minha bolsa bateu) um vasinho de barro e logo vieram duas funcionárias me abordar pedindo para eu ir ao caixa pagar pela peça. O espaço é apertado e no CDC ( Código de Defesa do Consumidor) prevê que ambientes propícios a acidentes imputa-se a culpa da ação à empresa. O que ocorreu foi uma prática coercitiva, abusiva. Foi constrangedor. E para sair daquela situação rapidamente fui ao caixa com uma das funcionárias. Não forneceram nota fiscal o pagamento foi no cartão me deram apenas o canhoto da maquineta e não levei a mercadoria que estava bastante quebrada, sem utilidade e uma funcionária até reforçou dizendo "a senhora não vai levar né, nem tem como usar" Não recomendo a ninguém ir a essa loja.
Yesterday I had a bad experience at this establishment. I accidentally dropped (my purse hit) a small clay vase and soon two employees came to me asking me to go to the cashier to pay for the piece. Space is tight and the CDC (Consumer Defense Code) provides that accident-prone environments are blamed for the action on the company. What happened was a coercive, abusive practice. It was embarrassing. And to get out of that situation I quickly went to the cashier with one of the employees. They didn't provide an invoice, the payment was on the card, they just gave me the stub of the machine and I didn't take the merchandise that was quite broken, useless and an employee even reinforced saying "you won't take it, you can't use it" I don't recommend no one go to that store.
