★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motorista sem máscara utiliza e utilizou o celular durante todo o trajeto, enviei vídeo pra eles deve mexendo e não dão o mínimo suporte paguei pra correr riscos, além de que tinha um passageiro sentado em um banco comum

Pedi reserva 1 dia antes de 5 lugares. A Van chegou lotada com apenas 4 lugares e o motorista queria que colocasse a criança com mais de 5 anos no colo. O carro com bancos apertados e sem conforto necessário à viagem, não tem onde levar as bagagens e falta manutenção nos bancos. Não está compensando. Melhor viajar de ônibus. SERVIÇO ?

I asked for reservation 1 day before for 5 places. The Van arrived full with only 4 seats and the driver wanted him to put the child over 5 years old on his lap. The car with cramped seats and without the necessary comfort for the trip, has nowhere to take the luggage and lacks maintenance on the seats. It's not paying off. Better to travel by bus. SERVICE ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atraso e o descanso com quem utiliza a van é absurda, a van que eu pedi estava marcada para sair 5h30, era 6h o motorista ainda não tinha saído de Peruíbe e decidiu parar para tomar um café e papear, uma palhaçada. Pagar 50 reais para não cumprirem com horário e ainda ter um atendimento péssimo.
The delay and rest with those who use the van is absurd, the van I asked for was scheduled to leave at 5:30 am, it was 6 am the driver had not yet left Peruíbe and decided to stop for a coffee and chat, a joke. Paying 50 reais to not comply with the schedule and still have a terrible service.
