Atendimento numa sala de espera, quente e com o advogado escondido atrás da porta, acho que com medo de apanhar devido ao PÉSSIMO atendimento.
Levou 1 ano para fazer uma petição enquanto que uma advogada recém formada conseguiu o despacho em 1 semana.
Parece que não tem vontade de atender aos associados.
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE.
Service in a waiting room, hot and with the lawyer hidden behind the door, I think I was afraid of being beaten due to the Lousy service.
It took 1 year to make a petition while a newly formed lawyer got the order in 1 week.
It seems that he has no desire to attend members.

Ela teve um processo acompanhado por eles, teve alvará para liberar saldo remanescente para ela (expedido a mais de anos), eles NUNCA entraram em contato para pegar a conta ou avisa-lá do valor a receber, só descobrimos pq sou estudante de direito e resolvi dar uma olhada no processo, no final das contas tentamos entrar em contato com eles diversas vezes e so nos enrolavam e até hoje nada de explicações.
My mother has a Tayah agreement with the Air Base. She had a process accompanied by them, she had a license to release the remaining balance for her (issued more than years), they NEVER contacted to get the bill or warn her of the amount to be received, we only found out because I am a law student and I decided to take a look at the process, at the end of the day we tried to get in touch with them several times and they just rolled us up and until today no explanations.

Fui verificar o andamento do processo diversas vezes e não tinham uma explicação plausível. Estou cancelando o desconto porque não confio no trabalho desta empresa.
