★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço é bom, porém no pós contrato tem uma encheção de saco deles ligando e mandando msg sem parar obrigando o cliente a responder um questionário. Sempre que ligaram não podíamos atender, mas te pressionam obrigando a responder. Depois de 1 semana eles ligando todos os dias várias vezes no dia, finalmente meu esposo respondeu, mas ele estava em trabalho, muito ocupado e me passou o descontentamento.
The service is good, but in the post contract there is a bag full of them calling and sending msg without stopping, forcing the customer to answer a questionnaire. Whenever they called we couldn't answer, but they pressure you forcing you to answer. After 1 week they called every day several times a day, finally my husband answered, but he was at work, very busy and I was dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse empresa existe? No site tem um monte de telefone, mas ninguém atende nenhum deles e olha que liguei até no 0800. Eu fico sem entender, se tem uma empresa mas não atende telefonema deve perder muitos clientes. Agora vou ligar na Algar, pois tentei até cansar nessa empresa.
