Comprei uma moto em 2019. Quando me dei conta de que estava faltando algo, que era o recibo, percebi que não me entregaram. Liguei pra lá e ficaram dizendo que eu perdi. Eu simplesmente não recebi.
Depois, disseram que minha moto sairia em perfeitas condições de uso, mas na verdade, mandaram pra uma oficina, onde o mecânico fez uma "gambiarra" e me entregaram. Quando fui fazer a revisão numa oficina de procedência, o mecânico me mostrou o prejuízo, que já vai em 1.850 reais. Minha moto é da categoria esportiva, por isso o valor alto. Estou completamente arrependido de ter comprado lá.

Vc compra hoje e depois de muita insistência e alguns dias de cobrança talvez receba a documentação, depois de poder comprovar no procon/pe que você comprou por x, financiou y e foi efetivado w pelo banco credenciado, ou não (pelo cadastro de outra loja vizinha) é um caminho sinuoso, uma sessão de direito conflitante e extremamente desgastante, hoje procuro adquirir um veículo com profissionais qualificados e uma loja que tenha como tradição a satisfação dos seus clientes, formando uma gama de amigos e potencialmente a fidelização dos mesmos... Quando se pensa só no lucro, esquece o principal, o retorno daquele que viabilizou o mesmo...

When you only think about profit, you forget the main thing, the return of the one who made it possible...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um carro SUV. Até a compra tudo Ok. São muito solícitos, cordiais, etc... As meninas do atendimento são ótimas. O pós venda que é uma derrota. O carro veio com bomba de combustível falhando, sem óleo, várias luzes do painel acessas. Depois de alguns dias de uso, o carro apresentou vários problemas e a loja disse não ser responsável por isso. Mas como um carro apresenta vários problemas 2 dias depois da compra e a loja não ser responsável? Lamentável. Não recomendo a ninguém.
We bought an SUV car. Until the purchase, everything is ok. They are very helpful, cordial, etc... The service girls are great. The after sales that is a defeat. The car came with a failing fuel pump, no oil, several dashboard lights on. After a few days of use, the car had several problems and the store said it was not responsible for that. But how does a car have several problems 2 days after purchase and the store is not responsible? Unfortunate. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ótimo os funcionários só tem um vendedor lá mentiroso o dono sacana o carro cheio de defeito eles não ajeitam nada o motor do carro vazando problemas nos ABS suspensão parte elétrica do motor no GNV carro complemente destruído e o próprio dono falou que era empresário e que o mesmo ajeitasse os carro todos para os clientes iria quebrar daí os clientes são lesados pode esperar senhor tatu que vc vai ser assionado judicialmente
Excellent service the employees only have one salesman there, a liar, the owner makes fun of the car full of defects, they don't fix anything the car's engine, leaking ABS problems. the same if you fix the cars all for the customers it would break down then the customers are harmed you can wait Mr Armadillo that you will be assailed
