Marquei hora antes de ir e o atendente não me avisou que os lavatórios estavam sem agua quente. Poderia ter avisado e me dado alternativa de ir outro dia. Perguntei ao tinturista se tinham hidratação e quanto custava e ele me deu o preço mas em momento algum me avisou q para pagamento em cartao teria acrescimo. Por fim, acabaram deixando pelo preço dado e paguei no cartão, porque protestei. A atitude foi de fazer um favor. Gente, sem clientes vcs não sobrevivem! Tem q atender bem, passar informação com clareza! Os tempos mudaram! Nao voltarei novamente, me senti enganada.
I was well attended by the professional however there is no clarity in the information given by the professionals, which I consider total lack of respect with the client. I made an appointment before I went and the attendant did not warn me that the washbasins were without hot water. You could have warned me and given me an alternative to go another day. I asked the dry cleaner if they had hydration and how much it cost and he gave me the price but at no time did he warn me that for payment by card I would have added. Finally, they ended up leaving at the price given and I paid on the card, because I protested. The attitude was to do a favor. Guys, without customers you won't survive! You have to attend well, pass information clearly! Times have changed! I won't be back again, I felt cheated.
