★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, uma falta de respeito... Tanto da parte da recepção como nos caixas, mas os shows são espetaculares mas pra comprar uma cerveja vc perde o show inteiro.
Terrible service, a lack of respect... Both from the reception and at the cashiers, but the shows are spectacular but to buy a beer you miss the whole show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a um show e a máquina de cartão deu problema depois de aprovar minha compra (no débito, a moça até retirou a notinha e consegui o extrato) mas quando foram imprimir minhas vias pra bebida a máquina travou e tive que passar dnv em outro cartão, o valor que eu NÃO consumi não foi devolvido, a moça me deixou horas esperando e não apareceu mais, a responsável do evento nem retornou minhas mensagens, o show foi ótimo sim, mas a organização é péssima.
I went to a show and the card machine gave a problem after approving my purchase (in the debit, the lady even took the note and got the statement) but when they went to print my copies for the drink, the machine crashed and I had to dnv another card , the amount I did NOT consume was not returned, the girl left me waiting for hours and never showed up, the person in charge of the event didn't even return my messages, the show was great, yes, but the organization is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banheiro pessimo, sem agua, e nojento! Fila absurdamente grande. Precisam melhorar o banheiro, contratem banheiro quimico pros proximos eventos.
Terrible bathroom, no water, and disgusting! Incredibly long queue. They need to improve the bathroom, hire chemical toilet for the next events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shows bons , mais bebida 150 reais um combo de Petra , destilados não sei..fila enorme! Tudo demorava + que 1hr e mais ainda pro garçom ir buscar a bebida, compensava mais fazer o evento open cooler e somente ter um bar de apoio , já que vcs não ligam se um ou outro vai sair satisfeito, continuem assim , desse jeito logo fecham as portas !
Good shows, more drink 150 reais a combo of Petra, spirits I don't know.. huge queue! Everything took more than 1 hour and even more for the waiter to get the drink, it was more worthwhile to have the event open cooler and only have a support bar, since you don't care if one or the other will be satisfied, keep it up, just like that, they close the doors !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço e os shws são bem legais, porém a gestão dos eventos são péssimas, chegam ao ridículo. Nos dois shows que fui (Fernando e Sorocaba e Thiaguinho) acabaram a cerveja e a água faltando 3h para acabar o evento. Os combos demoravam mais de 1h para chegar. Enfim, vergonhoso.
The space and the shws are pretty cool, but the management of the events is terrible, they are ridiculous. In the two shows I went to (Fernando and Sorocaba and Thiaguinho) they ran out of beer and water, with 3 hours to go before the event was over. The combos took more than 1h to arrive. Anyway, shameful.
