Quando reclamamos, a funcionária argumentou que só colocam leite se o cliente solicitar. Não fazem a bebida corretamente, estavam dispersas durante o atendimento. Não recomendo. Não voltarei.
We bought a pumpkin chai latte that was just a powder diluted in water for about 18 reais. Without milk. When we complained, the employee argued that they only put milk if the customer requests it. They don't make the drink correctly, they were scattered during the service. I do not recommend. I won't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful little tea shop, with lots of options of various kinds of high quality tea and tea blends from all over the world. Prices are a little high, but still ok, and totally worth it. Personnel is super kind. They offer a few things to eat. Nothing vegan. As far as I know, no vegetable milk either. The only bad thing is it's just a little space in the middle of the shopping mall, not a real store, and the tables (only six of them) are placed almost where everybody visiting the mall passes by.
