★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literalmente a melhor academia de Cubatão. A academia fica aberta de segunda a sexta das 6h as 23h e aos sábados das 9h ao 12h. Tem instrutor disponível para atender a todo instante, os professores /instrutores são ótimos, com mto conhecimento na área (tiram dúvida e auxiliam no treino). Tem Treino personalizado pra cada pessoa. Dispõem de bastante aparelho p/ musculação. Muito espaçosa. Ambiente confortável, com ventilação e ar condicionado. Pode ir treinar a qualquer hora. Nota 10 pra Team Mesquita!!
Literally the best gym in Cubatão. The gym is open from Monday to Friday from 6 am to 11 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am to 12 pm. There is an instructor available to assist at all times, the teachers / instructors are great, with a lot of knowledge in the area (they answer questions and help with training). There is personalized training for each person. They have plenty of equipment for weight training. Very spacious. Comfortable environment, with ventilation and air conditioning. You can go to training anytime. Note 10 for Team Mesquita!!
