As fichas são divididas entre homens e mulheres, porém adaptações são realizadas conforme a necessidade do aluno. Um dos grandes diferenciais que vejo é que toda vez que chego na academia o instrutor me pergunta se estou com alguma dor, seja resultante da última vez que malhei ou algo extra. Ah e aceita o Gympass.
Well-prepared instructors with frequently changing dynamic tokens (usually every two months). In addition to an affordable price! The tokens are divided between men and women, but adaptations are made according to the student's need. One of the big differences I see is that every time I get to the gym, the instructor asks me if I have any pain, whether it's the last time I worked out or something extra. Oh and accept the Gympass.
