★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The theatres are okay, however there is a limited meeting space at the front. So if it's raining, expect to be very crowded if you're waiting to enter the theatre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location isn’t the best since is not close to the subway station and there is no parking close by. I would highly recommend anyone to Uber there. Mostly low budget plays are set there, but they are quite entertaining – if you don’t mind being shocked. Most of the spectators are open-minded and aloof. The scenario is extremely small which makes you feel as if you were on stage with the actors. It is a shame the space to socialize is virtually non-existing, just a couple of tables outside, which is always oppressively warm, and a narrow hallway in front of the café that is always packed with people either struggling to get their espresso or just waiting to get in.
