★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiencia em prestação de serviço que eu já tive, levei um ventilador que estava com as grades soltas e com o suporte de articulação danificado e o atendente me passou o orçamento de motor queimado. Analise de motor queimado sem usar multímetro? Eu mesmo desmontei e deixei em uma posição fixa pois o motor não estava queimado e sim com a hélice presa. Orçamento de R$ 180,00. reitero minha experiencia como muito negativa, não recomendo!

I reiterate my experience as very negative, I can not recommend it!

Apesar da distancia de minha casa resolvi experimentar o serviço e fiquei muito satisfeita. Eles consertaram vários aparelhos considerados irrecuperáveis por outras autorizadas da Arno. Elas sequer se dispuseram a verificar as condições dos aparelhos e já deram seu veredito. Testei todos e estão funcionando perfeitamente. O meio ambiente agradece e eu também.

Despite the distance from my home, I decided to try the service and I was very satisfied. They repaired several devices deemed unrecoverable by other Arno authorized dealers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, Levei minha panela Airfryer pra arrumar, cobraram caro, e assim que venceu a garantia ela estragou da mesma forma. Levei em outra autorizada e eles tinham danificado o timer dela. Conclusão, tive que trocar, prejuízo total! Não recomendo!??
