★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima , trabalho na empresa Orbital e preciso de um carro que va até minha residencia , para poder ir para o trabalho. Meu horário , por enquanto, é às cinco da manhã, depois mudará para as quatro, no entanto os responsáveis pelo transporte querem que entro na vá duas horas antes do horário para levar até o aeroporto. Chegamos e ficamos em frente a empresa uma hora antes do trabalho ou mais.Absurdo porque paguei este mês de fevereiro e não estou indo de carro, resumindo, já liguei para várias pessoas , supervisores e não resolveram nada.Disseram pra ter PACIÊNCIA. É começou outro mês, ninguém liga, se manifesta. Correrei atraz dos meus direitos como cliente.
Pessima, I work at the company Orbital and I need a car that goes to my residence, so I can go to work. My schedule, for now, is at five in the morning, then it will change to four, however those responsible for transportation want me to go there two hours before the time to take me to the airport. We arrived and stayed in front of the company an hour before work or more. Surprising because I paid this month of February and I'm not going by car, in short, I already called several people, supervisors and they didn't solve anything. They said to have PATIENCE. It started another month, nobody cares, it manifests. I will run after my rights as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei R$ 96,84 no FRETE de uma cabeceira comprada no Shoptime. O entregador LARGOU o produto na portaria do prédio alegando não ser autorizado a subir até o apto, sendo que o produto coube no elevador. Pagar QUASE CEM REAIS no FRETE para ter que carregar o produto é o fim da picada.
I paid R $ 96.84 in FREIGHT for a headboard purchased at Shoptime. The delivery man STARTED the product at the building entrance, claiming he was not allowed to go up to the apartment, and the product fit in the elevator. Paying ALMOST ONE HUNDRED FREE SHIPPING to have to load the product is the end of the sting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a dois dias em casa faltando de serviço para receber minha compra e mantendo contato com a transportadora onde alegam que estão a caminho da minha residencia e não e verdade!! Por duas vez dizeram que estiveram no endereço mais não procede porque ninguem se quer bateu no meu portão. Falam que me ligam no meu celular e mentira também não tem a menor consideração com o cliente!!! Contato com a transportadora e impossivel telefone sempre ocupado e whattsaap respondem quando quer!!!
Não estão fazendo contato comigo não.... Estou com telefone nas mão o tempo todo esperando esse contato e não tenho registro de chamada não atendida.
I'm missing two days at home service to receive my purchase and keeping in touch with the carrier which claim that they are on the way to my residence and not true !! Two time dizeram who were at the address does not proceed because nobody wants to hit my gate. They say call me on my cell phone and lie also has no regard for the customer !!! Contact the carrier is impossible phone always busy and whattsaap respond when you want !!!
They are not making contact with me .... I'm not with phone in hand all the time waiting for the contact and have not missed call log.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei perguntando se iriam entregar no dia, disseram que sim. Fiquei o dia todo em casa esperando a entrega e colocaram como destinatário ausente às 17h. Entrei em contato novamente e a atendente colocou como prioridade para chegar 2 dias depois, chegando às 15h. Só fiquei surpreso que em 30 anos de trabalho, tentam entregar em condomínio depois das 17h. Mas o atendimento é bom e dá para rastrear a entrega pelo site.
I called asking if they would deliver on the day, they said yes. I stayed at home all day waiting for the delivery and they put it as an absent recipient at 17:00. I contacted again and the attendant put it as a priority to arrive 2 days later, arriving at 15:00. I was just surprised that in 30 years of work, they try to deliver to a condominium after 5 pm. But the service is good and you can track the delivery through the website.
