Mesmo seguindo o manual a risca e seguindo todos as alternativas propostas pelo técnico da Tecfag, ainda assim equipamento não funciona. Empresa se nega a devolver o valor pago, mesmo dentro do prazo legal, e quer que eu arque com os custos do técnico para tentar fazer a manutenção.
 We bought a filling machine, which was delivered defective. Even following the manual to the letter and following all the alternatives proposed by the Tecfag technician, the equipment still does not work. The company refuses to return the amount paid, even within the legal deadline, and wants me to bear the costs of the technician to try to do the maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa dispõe de vários canais de comunicação com o cliente, mas simplesmente não responde ou responde incompletamente. Me senti a única parte interessada na negociação do equipamento. Tentei conversar com a vendedora que se dispôs a me atender varias vezes pra tirar duvidas via telefone e via Whatsapp, tudo que respondia é que ia verificar e a resposta nunca era suficiente. Se o equipamento presta eu não sei pois não tive a oportunidade de conhecer visto o interesse do vendedor.

Atendimento péssimo, demora nas resposta. Resumindo, estou entrando no procon, pois não querem devolver meu dinheiro.

E não quero me prejudicar por causa do que estou lendo aqui. Espero que a empresa se resolva o mais breve possível, pois é triste acontecer isso. Sucesso para vcs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as resistencias que compramos nao duram mais de 10 dias, custo fica inviavel, quando comprei a maquina a resistencia que veio nela durou mais de um ano, so foi trocar com a resistencia que vendem que nao duram nada, acho estranho dizerem que pode ser a maquina
All the resistances we buy don't last more than 10 days, the cost is unfeasible, when I bought the machine the resistance that came on it lasted more than a year, I just exchanged it with the resistance they sell that don't last at all, I think it's strange to say that it can be the machine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Mandamos uma máquina para conserto e voltou com o mesmo defeito. Parece que sequer mexeram nela... Sem falar no atendimento horrível. Atendentes se irritam e perdem a linha por um problema que estou apenas tentando solucionar.
Terrible attendance. We sent a machine for repair and it came back with the same defect. It seems that they didn't even touch it... Not to mention the horrible service. Attendants get annoyed and lose the line over a problem I'm just trying to solve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim atendimento de modo geral. Envia equipamento para manutenção e não há controle de recebimento, prazos... custo alto de mão de obra e a máquina volta igual. Não entendem que vendem máquinas. Num geral são bem ruins.
Bad service in general. It sends equipment for maintenance and there is no control of receipt, deadlines... high labor costs and the machine returns the same. They don't understand that they sell machines. In general they are pretty bad.
