Grita com cliente .. não entrega o pedido .. quando entrega demora mais de 2 meses pra entregar .. agente faz o pedido .. passa 1 mês liga lá e falam que não tinha pedido .. uma falta de organização tremenda .. um joga pra um que joga pra outro e ninguém resolve nada ... jogam seu clichê fora que vc pagou separado sem a sua autorização .. Material de baixa qualidade .. as caixas rasgam com facilidade .. ... Não indico .. Não recomendo .. Péssima empresa . Infelizmente não dão valor ao bom atendimento que se tem que ter com o cliente .. Precisam melhorar muito a questão do atendimento ... e principalmente trata - los de forma civilizada !!!!
Does not deserve any stars ... Terrible service ... Agnaldo is a terrible professional , does not know how to have a civilized dialogue with the customer ... rude .. He shouts at the customer ... does not deliver the order ... when delivery takes longer 2 months to deliver .. agent makes the order .. spend 1 month call there and they say that there was no order cliché outside that you paid separately without your authorization .. Low quality material .. the boxes tear easily .. ... I do not indicate .. I do not recommend it .. Bad company . Unfortunately, they do not value the good service that one has to have with the customer.. They need to improve the service a lot... and mainly treat them in a civilized way!!!!
