 Terrible, the TV worked all Sunday, Monday morning it stopped and today Tuesday and nothing is even answered!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De deixam um tempão na linha telefônica para ser atendido. Péssimo pois N te dão duporte necessário quanfk vc precipita porq N tem um call center para te atender a noite . Chego a ficar dias , e olha q só faço uso a noite quando chego .insatisfeita . Próxima reclamação provo caro para um péssimo atendimento
They leave time on the phone line to be answered. Terrible because N give you necessary support when you rush because N has a call center to assist you at night. I get to stay for days, and look, I only use it at night when I arrive. dissatisfied. Next complaint proves expensive for poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra tv a cabo é ótimo! Tomara não leiam e retirem também a qualidade mas sobre a internet e o atendimento é uma grande decepção. Ótimo valor porém não serve. Sempre sem internet. Finais de semana já não se pode contar mais com internet. Fui obrigada a pagar um plano no celular pra poder usar sendo que pago esse plano pra usar internet em casa. Muito chato a falta de carinho com clientes de anos que é meu caso. Os técnicos também prestam um serviço como se fosse com má vontade. A gente pede, quase implora pela melhora e parece que por termos que optar por um plano mais acessível acabam judiando da gente. Tomara melhore a internet de todo coração pq estressa demais isso !
Cable TV is great! I hope they don't read and also remove the quality but on the internet and the service it's a big disappointment. Great value but not good. Always without internet. Weekends can no longer rely on internet. I was forced to pay a plan on my cell phone to be able to use it, and I pay this plan to use the internet at home. The lack of affection with clients for years, which is my case, is very annoying. Technicians also provide a service as if it were grudgingly. We ask, almost beg for improvement and it seems that because we have to opt for a more affordable plan, they end up hurting us. Hopefully improve the internet with all your heart because it stresses too much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço! Nunca respondem com rapidez, os canais param de funcionar do nada, a internet idem, e pra completar cortaram o meu fio sem eu ter solicitado absolutamente nada, com tudo pago em dia! É o fim essa Tech Cable!
Terrible service! They never respond quickly, the channels stop working out of nowhere, the internet is the same, and to top it off they cut my wire without me having asked for anything at all, with everything paid on time! That's the end of this Tech Cable!
