★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu computador estava com um problema de mal contato, levei para eles avaliarem e me assombrei ao funcionário dizer que a placa mãe estava com defeito. Numa conversa por telefone pedi para que ele me explicasse pessoalmente o problema, ele se fez de desentendido e não o fez. Quando voltei para casa e tentei ligar o computador, o problema já não era mais de mal contato. E então me vi obrigado a contratar o serviço.
Não indico pois essa empresa tem funcionários com uma índole fortemente desconfiável.
My computer had a bad contact problem, I took it for them to evaluate and I was amazed to the employee to say that the motherboard was defective. In a telephone conversation I asked him to explain the problem to me personally, he pretended not to understand and did not. When I returned home and tried to turn on the computer, the problem was no longer that of bad contact. And then I was forced to hire the service.
