Ontem passei na loja porque o controle não estava funcionando e queria trocar por outro, porque acreditava que o controle estava com defeito e fui maltratada um menino (trabalhava na loja) me tratou com arrogância falando que não estava com defeito, foi mal educado querendo fazer graça para um amigo que estava na loja! Meu marido disse que testamos em três televisão e estava com o mesmo defeito então não poderia ser a tv o mesmo pegou o dinheiro do caixa e me deu e disse que não tinha o que fazer! Eu apenas fui na loja para trocar o controle não queria dinheiro, péssimo atendimento, arrogante um mala.
I went to the store a week ago and had a great service! Yesterday I went to the store because the control was not working and I wanted to change it for another one, because I believed that the control was defective and I was mistreated by a boy (he worked at the store) treated me arrogantly saying he was not defective, he was rude wanting to do it grace for a friend who was in the store! My husband said we tested it on three TVs and it was with the same defect so it couldn't be the TV, he took the money from the cashier and gave it to me and said he had nothing to do! I just went to the store to change the control. I didn't want money, bad service, arrogant suitcase.
