Demorou mais de uma semana para eu ter informações sobre meu computador e neste período entrei em contato e não sabiam me explicar o que estava acontecendo. Sendo que o que eu pedi para fazer era um serviço simples. O cliente tem q ser informado do que está acontecendo se existe algum problema além do que foi relatado. Falta transparência e informação para com o cliente. Não indico.
