Estive na loja hj (lamentavelmente), e quando entrei que fui escolher o tecido que queria, a atendente (sem preparo nenhum, era visível a falta de profissionalismo), chegou umas amigas dela falando com ela, que logo deixou de me atender para ir falar com as amigas dela. Depois voltou e o tecido que eu queria tinha uma falha, dia perguntei se n tinha outra peça e ela disse que não tinha, que eu comprasse se quisesse. Santa Cruz é uma cidade que ainda não abriu os olhos para o atendimento. Eu simplesmente deixei de comprar lá e fui comprar em outra loja.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!
I was in the store today (unfortunately), and when I entered that I went to choose the fabric I wanted, the attendant (without any preparation, was visible the lack of professionalism), came her friends talking to her, who soon stopped attending me to go talk to her friends. Then she came back and the fabric I wanted had a flaw, one day I asked if I had another piece and she said she didn't have it, that I would buy it if I wanted. Santa Cruz is a city that has not yet opened its eyes to care. I simply stopped shopping there and went shopping at another store.
