Cheguei no local, uma senhora olhou minha furadeira, não chamou o técnico e fez uma ordem de serviço sem saber o que era pra fazer. Falei educadamente que precisava para hoje, porque era a troca somente do mandril, e ela responder que só a partir de amanhã poderia olhar a furadeira. Falei que ia procurar outro local, e ela rasgou o papel na minha frente com raiva. Agradeci, e achei outra assistência técnica, que menos de 20 minutos trocou o mandril e foram super educados. Mesmo se demorasse, se ela me tratasse bem, seria outra história, talvez falasse que estava cheio de serviço ou algo assim entenderia. A forma de tratar seus clientes é tudo, tradução...Perdeu um cliente, e se continuar assim vai fechar as portas.
Bad location, horrible service.
I arrived at the site, a lady looked at my drill, did not call the technician and made a work order without knowing what to do. I politely said that I needed it today, because it was just the replacement of the mandrel, and she said that only from tomorrow she could look at the drill. I said I was going to look for another location, and she ripped the paper in front of me angrily. I thanked, and found another technical assistance, that less than 20 minutes changed the mandrel and were super polite. Even if it took time, if she treated me well, it would be another story, maybe she would say she was full of service or something like that she would understand. The way to treat your customers is everything, translation ... You have lost a customer, and if you continue like this you will close the doors.
