O que peca mais é a equipe: jovens sem qualquer foco no cliente, dispersas, sempre conversando entre si ou no celular. A gente tem que repetir o que quer toda vez que somos encaminhado a outro funcionário e, nesta dinâmica, a gente descobre que levou produto errado quando chega em casa.
Good store, plenty of products. High prices (I bought a box of gloves in March for 26 reais and today, 10 June, for 52 reais!). What sins the most is the team: young people without any focus on the client, dispersed, always talking to each other or on their cell phones. We have to repeat what we want every time we are referred to another employee and, in this dynamic, we discover that we took the wrong product when we get home.
