â â â â â comprei meu produto veio com defeito. eles nao falaram que a garantia era 7 dias . fui trocar no 8 ° dia e nao quiseram trocar e nao me deram nenhum papel falando da garantia nenhum .
I bought my product came with defective. they did not say the warranty was 7 days. I went to exchange on the 8th day and they did not want to change and they did not give me any paper talking about the guarantee at all.

â â â â â Peguei 400 reais para trocar tela do meu A20S, chegando em casa eu percebo que qualquer som que eu reproduzo no celular liga o vibracall e o celular fica vibrando com qualquer ĂĄudio de WhatsApp, com menos de uma semana de uso a tela descolou toda, fui na loja para ajeitar e chegando lĂĄ eles me falaram que a tela nem chegou a ser colada, deixei o celular lĂĄ para ajeitar a tela e o vibracall novamente , cheguei lĂĄ no dia seguinte e para a minha surpresa eles me falaram que a tela que eles colocaram no meu celular nĂŁo Ă© a do modelo dele e sim a de outro, esperei mais um dia, peguei meu celular hoje com uma mancha branca na parte de cima e com o celular vibrando com a qualquer ĂĄudio, me venceram no cansaço.
Não recomendo esse lugar a ninguém.

ApĂłs um mĂȘs de uso, apresentou corrosĂŁo na parte de baixo pelo suor (insistiram que era por mal uso, ou produto quĂmico). Fui atĂ© a loja e me disseram que a garantia nĂŁo cobria e nĂŁo podiam fazer nada. Estou decepcionado porque esses produtos da china deveriam ter um controle de qualidade antes de comercializar ou a loja deveria trocar em caso deste problema. Mas valeu. 400 reais nĂŁo vai me deixar mais pobre, mas a informação vale mais para nĂŁo deixar pessoas passarem pelo mesmo problema.
Ok, vocĂȘ pode falar o que bem entender, mas um produto oxidar com uma semana de uso? comprovadamente um produto xinguelingue. mas tudo bem, jĂĄ comprei outro igual, dei de presente a minha esposa e este (produto original) nĂŁo oxidou. JĂĄ vai fazer um ano e uso e estĂĄ em perfeitas condiçÔes.
I bought an LD5 digital watch (smartwatch) for my wife as a birthday present. After a month of use, it showed corrosion on the underside from sweat (they insisted it was due to misuse, or a chemical product). I went to the store and they told me the warranty didn't cover it and they couldn't do anything. I'm disappointed because these products from china should have a quality control before selling or the store should exchange in case of this problem. But thanks. 400 reais won't make me poorer, but the information is worth more to not let people go through the same problem.
Okay, you can say whatever you want, but a product that oxidizes after a week of use? demonstrably a xinguelingue product. but it's ok, I already bought another one like it, I gave it to my wife as a gift and this one (original product) didn't oxidize. It's been a year and I've been using it and it's in perfect condition.
