★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha TV LG 60 polegadas para a tecnocenter, (defeito dela era que estava saindo apenas o áudio) esperei mais de 10 dias para me passarem uma posição e entre esses dias eu liguei 2 vezes, quando me retornaram para dar o diagnóstico da TV a moça falou que o defeito da TV era a tela e não valia a pena efetuar o reparo pois custaria mais de 2 mil e tbm era muito difícil de conseguir essa tela, eu fui pegar a TV mais não confiei no diagnóstico pois ouvir relatos que condenam muito a tela sem ser esse o real defeito, peguei a TV levei em uma autorizada honesta e de qualidades e o defeito era uma placa chamada "TECON" autorizei o reparo e em 4 dias resolvi o problema da minha TV, deixo aqui a minha insatisfação com a tecnocenter.
I took my LG 60 inch TV to the technocenter, (her defect was that only the audio was coming out) I waited more than 10 days to pass me a position and between those days I called 2 times, when they returned to give me the diagnosis of the TV girl said that the defect of the TV was the screen and it was not worth doing the repair because it would cost more than 2 thousand and it was very difficult to get this screen, I went to get the TV but I didn’t trust the diagnosis because I heard reports that condemn a lot the screen without this being the real defect, I took the TV and took it in an honest and qualified way and the defect was a plate called "TECON" I authorized the repair and in 4 days I solved my TV problem, I leave here my dissatisfaction with the technocenter.
