★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao foi muito satisfatoria o trabalho do Tec.enviado por essa assistência tecnica,pois ele só veio para troçar a mangueira da maquina e esqueceu um fio desligado ,só retornando 24 horas depois para religar o fio que ficava dentro da maquina,nao gostei do serviço prestado.

A pessoa que é responsável por responder o Whatsapp fica on-line o dia inteiro e não responde, grossa quando falei que o problema não era o que o técnico falou. Nem um Bom dia, boa tarde dá!! Não estou fazendo nada de graça não quando comprei o produto fiz o seguro que não é barato.
Capacitam os funcionários para saber lidar melhor com o cliente independente se é pessoalmente ou por redes sociais.
