★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz algumas pesquisas sobre LSF e encontrei essa empresa, de inicio a experiencia foi positiva navegando no site, mas após o contato não tive tanta sorte, o primeiro atendimento é super confuso via menu automático do whats e pouco orientativo e de fato o sistema LSF requer um atendimento mais consultivo (na minha opinião), pois como o método é novo por aqui, nem sempre o cliente sabe no detalhe o que ele tem que fazer para ter um orçamento de um determinado projeto. Mas a situação piorou quando direcionado para representante comercial que deu pouco atenção a minha solicitação e me questionou o porque não enviei o arquivo do projeto em PDF, pois para ele seria difícil fazer as estimativas de custo do projeto somente por causa do formato do arquivo!? sendo que todas as cotas e dimensões estavam na planta do projeto. É claro que declinei a minha solicitação, se a empresa não está alinhada no atendimento inicial com o cliente provavelmente a entrega será comprometida também.
I did some research on LSF and found this company, at first the experience was positive browsing the site, but after contact I was not so lucky, the first service is super confusing via whats automatic menu and little guidance and in fact the LSF system requires a more consultative service (in my opinion), as the method is new here, the client does not always know in detail what he has to do to have a budget for a given project. But the situation worsened when directed to a sales representative who paid little attention to my request and questioned me why I didn't send the project file in PDF, as it would be difficult for him to make the project cost estimates just because of the file format! ? all dimensions and dimensions were in the project plan. Of course, I declined my request, if the company is not aligned with the initial service with the customer, probably delivery will be compromised as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a decepção de contratar os serviços de projeto construtivo e o aço desta empresa, que condicionou a garantia de seus produtos, a contratação de mão de obra “especializada”, por ela indicada, e também a administração da obra pelo próprio engenheiro preposto dela, mas que se revelaram verdadeiras frustrações, tanto técnica quanto ética, com serviços defeituosos conforme foto (p.ex) e descumprimento de prazos. Além disto, a empresa se recusa a cumprir o Código de Defesa do Consumidor, quanto a responsabilidade solidária do fabricante e dos atos de seus prepostos.
I had the disappointment of hiring this company's construction and steel project services, which conditioned the guarantee of its products, the hiring of "specialized" labor, as indicated by it, and also the administration of the work by the engineer in charge of it, but which proved to be real frustrations, both technical and ethical, with defective services as per the photo (eg) and non-compliance with deadlines. In addition, the company refuses to comply with the Consumer Protection Code, regarding the joint liability of the manufacturer and the acts of its agents.
