Na segunda feira em torno de 9:00hs, deixei uma central AVALON, para avaliação e orçamento para conserto, com Daniel que me recepcionou, o mesmo falou que necessitaria de uma NF, para dar entrada, no entanto eu não sabia e não estava de posse da mesma, me foi fornecido por ele, uma ficha para preenchimento, o qual foi prontamente feito e entregue, e falou que daria andamento no processo, pedi para chamar um técnico para explicar o que esta acontecendo com a central e se havia a possibilidade de agilizarem o orçamento e posterior conserto, pois cliente já havia agendado uma vistoria do Corpo de Bombeiros.
Como não tive nenhum retorno liguei e mandei um zap perguntando se havia um retorno, recebi o retorno que iria verificar.
A tarde recebi um e-mail dizendo que a central não havia sido nem enviada ao depto. técnico pois necessitaria da tal NF.
Ai começou meu drama, falei com varias pessoas de vários deptos., e implorei o orçamento do conserto, posteriormente enviaria a NF, para adiantar o processo, mas em vão. ( tudo isto eu estando a serviço em Piracicaba, se não iria pessoalmente.
Então enviei uma NF, e falaram que não servia, pois seria outro modelo, o qual fui orientado pelo meu contador, que devido a Airpress ser prestadora de serviço, não será possível esta emissão.
Pedi um retorno se iria servir, só que ninguém retorna.
Liguei e pedi para falar com o Sr. Hugo, para tentar resolver, pois só quero consertar a central e vou pagar, no entanto fui orientado pela atendente que você não atente os clientes, só reponde via e-mail.
Ai chegou as 17;30, falou que não atenderiam mais hoje.
Mais um dia sem retorno !!!! o que faço

On Monday around 9:00 am, I left an AVALON central, for evaluation and repair budget, with Daniel who welcomed me, he said he would need an NF, to make an entry, however I did not know and I was not able to possession of it, he provided me with a form to fill out, which was promptly done and delivered, and he said that he would continue the process, I asked to call a technician to explain what is happening with the center and if there was a possibility to streamline the budget and subsequent repairs, as the client had already scheduled an inspection by the Fire Department.
As I didn't have any return I called and sent a zap asking if there was a return, I received the return that I would check.
In the afternoon I received an email saying that the center had not even been sent to the department. technical as it would need such NF.
Then my drama began, I spoke with several people from various departments, and begged the repair budget, later I would send it to the NF, to advance the process, but in vain. (All this while working in Piracicaba, if I wouldn't go in person.
So I sent an NF, and they said it wouldn't work, as it would be another model, which I was guided by my accountant, that due to Airpress being a service provider, this issue will not be possible.
I asked for a return if it would do, but no one returns.
I called and asked to speak to Mr. Hugo, to try to solve it, as I just want to fix the central and I will pay, however I was instructed by the attendant that you do not attend to the customers, just reply via e-mail.
Then it arrived at 17:30, he said that they would no longer attend today.
Another day of no return!!!! What do I do
