Levei meu PC para um diagnóstico dia 27 de janeiro e me foi passado o prazo de 3 dias úteis, pois bem... Passaram-se 4 dias úteis e mais 2 dias corridos( sábado e domingo) e.... NADA! NEM UMA MENSAGEM, NEM UMA SATISFAÇÃO. Entrei em contato para questionar e adivinhem? Recebi uma resposta irônica afirmando que alguns PCs podem demorar mais. Fui buscar meu Pc( dentro do horário estipulado para atendimento), o dono me viu e mesmo assim saiu com o carro. Moral da história? Tive que ir buscar no dia posterior. Perdi uma semana e fui atendido porcamente. Estão avisados.
You want respect? Want term fulfilled? Whether your problem solved? PASS AWAY OF THIS PLACE! I took my PC to a diagnosis January 27 and was past the deadline of 3 working days, well ... It's been 4 days and 2 consecutive days (Saturday and Sunday) and .... NOTHING! OR A MESSAGE OR A SATISFACTION. Contacted to question and guess what? I received an ironic response stating that some PCs may take longer. I picked my Pc (within the time stipulated for service), the owner saw me and still came out with the car. Moral of the story? I had to get on the next day. I lost a week and was attended nastily. They are warned.

Initially I was apprehensive because my experience with previous companies was not good.

I took my Lenovo Notebook because it was very slow and often crashed. The problem was resolved very quickly and efficiently and most importantly very honestly.
