Primeiro entro na loja, pergunto sobre produtos de rede, e o vendedor, extremamente mal preparado e arrogante, duvida da forma como os equipamentos na minha casa foram danificados por conta de um raio elétrico que queimou algumas peças. Antes de levar um produto, pesquiso a respeito pois parece que ele não suportaria a rede da minha casa. Informo que tenho conhecimento do assunto e sei montar computadores. O vendedor, em um ataque de arrogância, solta frases como "se você montasse mesmo computadores, saberia que isso funciona de tal forma" "hoje em dia, qualquer um com acesso ao Google sabe montar computador". Com a pressa em consertar minha situação em casa, acabo ignorando os comentários e levo o produto, que não serve, troco por outro que propriamente não suporta a rede da minha casa como tinha previsto. Ligo e peço reembolso do mesmo, e recebo uma negativa, no qual o vendedor que se diz "técnico" diz que me avisou disso. É um total absurdo e falta de respeito com o consumidor.
