Pouco caso e falta de respeito com o cliente. É um absurdo como uma loja dessas está aberta. Perdi as contas de quantas vezes fui em busca de uma simples segunda via da nota fiscal e não me enviam de jeito nenhum. Não atendem o telefone e o gerente só me enrola e não resolve. Vou perder a garantia do meu produto por culpa deles. Vou ter que tomar outras medidas para eles me ouvirem?
Bad experience.
Little case and lack of respect for the customer. It is absurd how such a store is open. I lost count of how many times I went in search of a simple duplicate of the invoice and they do not send me at all. They don't answer the phone and the manager just rolls me up and doesn't solve it. I will lose my product warranty because of them. Will I have to take other steps for them to hear me?
