★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início eram prestativos e resolviam o problema de prontidão, hoje faz duas semanas que estou aguardando um técnico vir aqui remover a impressora que está dando sinal de alerta, fora que faz o mesmo tempo que aguardo a tinta da impressora, estou com a impressora colorida parada pq não tem tinta, um absurdo. Pra completar nem me respondem mais!!!
At the beginning they were helpful and solved the readiness problem, today I have been waiting for two weeks for a technician to come here to remove the printer that is giving an alert signal, apart from that I have been waiting for the printer ink for the same time, I have the color printer stop because there is no ink, absurd. To top it off, they don't even answer me anymore!!!
