★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa não tem pós venda. Não se preocupa com a instalação de algo tão complexo. Contratei uma empresa para instalar. Se pudesse voltar atrás não compraria na tecsol. No verão tem água quente, no inverno , mesmo com sol, não tem precisa ligar o boiler. Culpa da tecsol? Não sei, mas acho q deveriam se preocupar com a instalação, acompanhar para não queimar o produto.
Se você está procurando uma empresa nesse ramo recomendo uma que se preocupe com o pós venda, que te dê suporte e atenção principalmente na instalação.
Após algum tempo da mensagem acima,chamei novas pessoas para arrumarem meu sistema e hoje está funcionando normalmente.... Mas a empresa poderia sim ter um acompanhamento na instalção...falha grave !
The company has no after sales. Do not worry about installing something so complex. I hired a company to install. If I could go back I wouldn't buy at Tecsol. In summer there is hot water, in winter, even in the sun, there is no need to turn on the boiler. Blame the tecsol? I do not know, but I think you should be concerned with the installation, monitor not to burn the product.
If you are looking for a company in this field, I recommend one that is concerned with the after sales, that gives you support and attention mainly in the installation.
After some time from the message above, I called new people to fix my system and today it is working normally ... But the company could have a follow-up on the installation ... serious failure!
