★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decidi comprar os móveis para reformar a cozinha da minha casa com a Tedesco, especialmente pelo bom atendimento oferecido pela vendedora Samanta. Depois de assinarmos o contrato fizemos algumas modificações que geraram um aditivo. Finalmente ficou tudo definido no dia 26/05. No dia 27/05 realizei o pagamento do sinal, de R$ 18.000,00. No dia seguinte, dia 28/05, recebi uma ligação informando que minha esposa e eu teríamos que no mudar para Manaus em 17/08, permanecendo lá por 3 anos. No mesmo dia falei com o proprietário, Ricardo, que teria que cancelar o pedido por causa mudança e solicitei o reembolso do valor pago. Mesmo explicando que já tinha tido algumas despesas relacionadas ao pedido, concordou em fazer a devolução integral do valor. Com certeza indicaria a empresa e retomarei o projeto ao voltar para casa.
I decided to buy the furniture to renovate the kitchen in my house with Tedesco, especially because of the good service offered by the seller Samanta. After signing the contract, we made some modifications that generated an additive. Finally, everything was set on 05/26. On 05/27 I paid the down payment of R$ 18,000.00. The next day, 05/28, I received a call informing me that my wife and I would have to move to Manaus on 08/17, staying there for 3 years. On the same day I spoke to the owner, Ricardo, who would have to cancel the order due to the change and I asked for a refund of the amount paid. Even explaining that he had already had some expenses related to the order, he agreed to refund the entire amount. I would definitely recommend the company and I will resume the project when I return home.

Tivemos problema com o granito de outra empresa e os montadores da Tedesco consertaram ajustando os móveis no local evitando ter que trocar o granito.

I highly recommend it, delivery before the deadline, quality material, and clean assembly.
We had a problem with another company's granite and Tedesco's assemblers fixed it by adjusting the furniture on site, avoiding having to change the granite.
